2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US$.
- Prices exclude import duties, tariffs, VAT, and any local taxes or fees, which may be charged separately by your local customs authorities.
- We accept the following payment method: PayPal.
- Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to all countries globally. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout.
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
5. Returns & Refunds
- If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- Some products (e.g., clearance, customized items) may not be eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Warranty & Liability
- Products are covered by 6 months (Bar Tape products), 12 Months (Other product category exclude Bar Tapes) from date of purchase in normal use conditions.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

- We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
